George’s career began in 2001, when he became one of the first dental technicians to work with Invisalign. Over the next 17 years at Align Technology, he held global leadership roles—serving as Clinical Advisor Manager across North America, EMEA, and APAC—where he guided clinicians and developed protocols that shaped the clear aligner field.

Since the rapid growth of the clear aligner market in 2016, George has led international treatment planning teams and pioneered innovative digital protocols for multiple aligner brands. Over the course of his career, he has reviewed and planned tens of thousands of cases, supporting doctors worldwide in delivering predictable and efficient results.
